Welcome Puget Sound Bears!

Cal Alumni Club of Puget Sound (CAPS) -- over 600 NW Cal Alumni sharing Golden Bear spirit and support for Cal.  We follow the teams, participate in CAA Leadership Award candidate selection, host receptions for prospective students, and hold networking and social events throughout the year including joint events with other alumni clubs.

BIG GAME 2009 
Record breaking crowd and standing room only saw close to 200 Cal and Stanfurd fans watch the tension unfold and the Golden Bears fight to victory! Watch Photo Gallery for picture posts. Stanfurd won the half-time trivia face off, but we came home with the axe!

CAPS Board Positions Open - Volunteer to support Cal

CAA Leadership Award WA District Chair 

If you are interested to support the CAA Leadership Award screening and interview process and help select Washington's top candidates for prestigious award for fall 2010 admission, please email northwestbears@aol.com. The District Chair from our Puget Sound Alumni Group coordinates this spring event via a cadre of enthusiastic volunteers. Orientation occurs January 2010. 

CAPS Treasurer/Membership Chair

Our long time Treasurer will be leaving the CAPS Board in January. Treasurer is a required position for CAA-chartered Alumni Groups.  This role maintains club bank records, membership roster, occasional accounts payables.  Volunteers/nominations invited.
